Is England really like America now? God help us... ehm... them... It said Australia.

1. No, it didn't. It said "AN" Australian 2. It said "as seen on London's Underground" 3. It said "and won over 20,000 POUNDS". Last time I was in Australia they paid with AU$
That leads me to believe this happened in England. I could be wrong though.

No, it didn't. It said "AN" Australian Are you saying Australians have actually been spotted outside their native habitat? Remarkable. It said "as seen on London's Underground" Though it in fact should have said "as seen in the 'humour' forum of MovieMusic.uk". It said "and won over 20,000 POUNDS". Last time I was in Australia they paid with AU$ And just how do you know they didn't pay him in ice cream, hmmm? He could have gained that kinda weight easily -- just look at Harry Knowles. P.S. BTW, Kuhni, just what did I tell you about margin rape, huh? Is it really that difficult to resize a picture?

Maybe they simply converted AU$ to Pound so the Brits would understand how much money was involved. I mean, seriously, had it said "20,000AU$" it would hardly have looked impressive. It also said "bar" which makes me believe it was Australia after all. In England we don't have bars. We got pubs! ;D pete.

Looks fine to me. I suggest you buy yourself a new monitor. The f*** are you talking about? It's 968 pixels wide! What screen resolution are you using, 1600x1200?

Indeed...I am on 1028 X 768 pixels, which is the normal resolution for most...and your picture is definently raping my margin, Kuhni ;D

BTW, Kuhni, just what did I tell you about margin rape, huh? Is it really that difficult to resize a picture? Well, it said Pounds with the sign for it. I just am too lazy to find the appropriate symbol on my American keyboard. And I find this pic a bit too big, too, as I like to keep my favorites open in my browser. That makes it about 1cm too long...

It also said "bar" which makes me believe it was Australia after all. In England we don't have bars. We got pubs! ;D pete. That is a good point. So we have, factually speaking: for England: the pound sign, the sheer stupidity of the event, the undeterminedness about an Australian/in Australia, and the London Underground for Australia: the fact it mentions an Australian, Australia being closer to the US therefore more vulnerable to silly lawsuits for silly reasons, and the bar instead of the pub. I still think England wins.

Well, it said Pounds with the sign for it. I just am too lazy to find the appropriate symbol on my American keyboard. You forget that this is the humour forum. Perhaps you should consider the possibility, remote though it may be, that I was joking. I still think England wins. One of us should research the matter. And I'm far too lazy.

You, joking? When did that ever happen? ;D Anyway, I am far too lazy myself, and I find this bird whistling the Kill Bill tune the whole day very annoying (it is, in fact a damn bird outside my window. Plagiarism!!!). So how about the original author of the post looking into it?

You, joking? When did that ever happen? It didn't. Now move along please. Nothing to see here. So how about the original author of the post looking into it? Nevermind about that. A simple Google search revealed this: 1. I was right! Na-na-na-naaaaa! ;D 2. Seems like Kuhni has been deliberately spreading misinformation. It's another customer suing both the bar and the idiot with the pork chops for negligence. Makes more sense to me. 3. June 24th 2002? Puh-lease, that's sooooooo three years ago.
