World Net Daily, that place sounds familiar. Is that the site that gave us the article about the "Passion Composer fighting Satan in parking lot?"...
I've been following the case for two years now and this website has been saying the same thing for the entire two years and Schiavo has actually made statements to this website and hasn't sued them, so I'm guessing most is true or Mr. Schiavo would sue them.
Statements can be "misquoted." If everybody sued for defamation of character and libel, our courts would really be in trouble. I also think Mr. Schiavo doesn't want to feed out more money to lawyers. ;D
It is hard to know who to believe that is why the politicians want to keep her alive.
;D ;D ;D
But in a way the politicians have had 2-8 years to make a law to save her (get rid of the Florida law that says feeding tubes are life support, but they didn't because they are politicians and politicians are stupid--)
Maybe they were too concerned about fixing chad's and revamping their criminal justice/ child welfare system. Or maybe it was the hurricanes. Mr. E what is going on in Florida ;D
So I guess I don't have to say anything else because that article says it all (both sides of the argument). You should also read the other Schiavo articles from that site like the political donations from Mr. Schiavo's lawyer to the judge that keeps denying Terri life.
That site seemed to give a one-sided presentation. Now, I didn't read all those articles, because they're just too long and my interest in this one case is just too short. I was looking for the article about the political donations to the judge, but I couldn't find it... I think it's funny that this "conservative" judge is being branded as an activist liberal. Many other judges and courts have looked at this case and the Supreme court has turned it down. Why? Maybe it has something to do with the law and the facts of the case.
Oh, and that baseball hearing was stupid and I don't really watch Fox News. I hate news. They overdue everything and think they are smarter than everyone else. Fox News Alert!!!: The President just had a bowel movement! They are almost to reporting that.
Time for a joke:
"Now, I didn't mind being on the losing side of the last election. But as a loser, I guess I have some "unpopular" opinions — and I'd like to keep them. I'd even like to continue to say them right out loud on TV, because if I just get up there every Friday night and spout the Bush administration's approved talking points, that's not freedom or entertainment. It's Fox News. (Bill Maher)" ;D
Plus, I don't really like Hannity. I like Limbaugh and Jerry Doyle (that guy from Babylon Five) on the national radio and I also listen to local guys that you wouldn't know.
I have no opinion about these guys. All I know is that the ACLU supported Limbaugh over some drug matter and the Limbaugh made some unwarranted comments about Donovan Mc Nabb.
I don't know what else I was gonna' say.
That you don't like Matt Drudge either... ;D
Oh, and if you're reading this Mr. Dietrich:
Jens is just upset because Terri knocked Ashley Smith off the airwaves. Or maybe he wants to strangle her too. In a strange way, I prefer the Terri story.
