I saw this group again earlier today. If any of you guys are fans of symphonic music and rock, you really should check them out if you ever get the chance. Absolutely amazing live show.
They do a version of "Carmina Burana," but with the band accompanying the strings and vocalists. Intense!
Anyone else into them?

They have 3 Christmas albums. (3 of their 4) (They might even have another by now)
I saw them at the Pond a few years ago.
Id enjoy their albums more if they didnt have the original songs w/ vocals. I'd love a compilation of just their instrumental stuff.

I got to see them live about 5 years ago, and they do indeed put on a good show. I don't quite like them as much as some other rock/orchestra groups, but their Christmas concert is worth checking out.

Yeah, some of their vocal-based songs aren't as fetching as their instrumental work. But live, their singers are all fantastic.
They added some new songs to the set list. They did a version of Verdi's Requiem, entitled "Night Enchanted." That one was pretty sweet. It's available for download on Amazon.com right now.
Their new album, "Night Castle," is supposed to be out sometime later in 2009.
