Didn't Peter use to draw those funky composer emoticons?
If would be cool if he could actually make them work and add to your board's Smiley list.

I made a few that I'd guess would be to big to be actual emoticons. Plus: I never saved them. I do believe it was Olivier who adapted the idea and created some real emoticons. Those were cool. I have no idea about the techniques to makes them work on this forum though. pete.

I can replace smileys with a different image, and I can add avatars to the list of standard ones in the archive, but it doesn't look like I can ADD new smileys. Hmmm

I'm currently compiling a personal collection of emoticons on my server, for use on these forums. That's a little suprising bieng the linguistic type I thought you would have supported the use of writen letters to emote feelings rather than the use of symbols.

Nice board, Jon! Lots of buttons; I'll have to try that mysterious teletype thing. And you can insert images! That's a feature FilmTracks' Scoreboard is sorely missing. It's nice that somebody (two persons, actually) should remember my composer emoticons. I'm afraid you'll be disappointed, though. Here they are: bobcat74.free.fr/obemoticons/composers/cmjg01m.gif[/img]Surely, there must be some way for you to add smileys. Have you searched for mods? (modifications)? There are plenty such things for phpBB; maybe you can find some for this board, including smiley management. Otherwise, you'll have to do it by yourself, going through the board's files-- "posting" or such a name.
