I was in the shower listening to the playlist on "Cinemix FM" via the "Tunein Radio" app on my iPad yesterday...I often do this to introduce myself to new artists or scores when I was stopped in my tracks by the most beautiful theme I've heard in a long time by English composer Brian Lock. It was the end track "Fermeture Du Livre" from his score for the 2004 French movie "Vipère au Poing" It's four and a half minutes of a lush piano and strings piece and utterly captivating to my ears. I've never heard of Brian or this score and I quickly checked Jon's site to see if he had reviewed the score or to see if there was a composer biography but alas, no. Just wondering if anyone who has it or is familiar with it knows if the rest of the score lives up to the end theme?
Thanks
John.

John
I have the CD and must say the majority of it is like the track you've heard. To be honest it's so similar that at times it feels as if you're listening to the same track over and over again. But with 32 tracks there is a little variation in style but not as much as one would perhaps hope for. It has a reasonably generous running time of 67 minutes.
I had a quick look on Amazon and you buy it new for £1.99 which must be worth it for the track you've already heard.
