Huh, I always thought your service provider had a built-in editor you used. I checked FileZilla and, at a glance, got lost.
Anyway, let's simplify.
1. You have to validate the file (check if it's written properly). I already did this for you. I removed the image tag (supposed to be filled in by you) and the remaining two errors are the same ones Clem's feed has. So, forget this step.
2. Open the attached file in this post to familiarize yourself with it. I suggest opening it with Notepad++ because it's tidy and easy.
3. Save the file in your computer (wherever you choose) and upload it to the main site.
4. Advertise it. I think I was mistaken in that you have to register it to feed aggregators. I think this is to make it easier for people who don't know about your site or your site's feed to look it up on their feed reader's search. So, just upload it and either do what Clemmensen did (where clicking on the "RSS" link sends you to a page explaining what it is, followed by a link to the file itself) or letting users click on it directly, maybe using an image (as they do when clicking an album's cover redirect them to its review).
5. When you add new reviews, pull up the rss file from where you stored it in your computer, open it, erase the last item(s), and insert the new item, making sure it rests on top of the older reviews. Save the file to same location in your computer under the same name, replacing the old one, and upload it to the same destination on your site.
And that's pretty much it.
